Denise has 12 year’s experience in investment banking. Setting up her own limited company was a natural step for her. Denise has worked to build many business contacts in Ireland. She has a strong network of advisors/support in place.
As a past member of the Board of the Cork Chamber of Commerce and this placing on the board gives her access to senior management in Irish business circles.

Derek O’ Flynn is Denise O’ Callaghan’s husband and has joined in a formal capacity and will shortly take a seat on the board. His strengths lie in sales management. He also has a significant network in place regarding the sourcing of machinery to move the company to a semi automated footing. He project managed the building of the new bakery, he is now focused on implementing lean manufacturing practises.

Michael O’ Callaghan, is Denise O’ Callaghan’s father and is second company director. He has over thirty years of business experience owning companies in both the retail and service sectors. He is involved in directing the strategy and general management of the company and dealing with HR & legal issues.

Connie Mealy is the bakery manager having been promoted internally in 2013. Connie has several years of experience in managing a family business & has an excellent understanding of production, stock management and logistics.
