Born and raised in rural Lesotho. Tseliso obtained bachelors degrees in Computer Science and electrical engineering in the USA. Since graduating from college, Tseliso has worked both in government and the private sector primarily in software development and architecture roles. He started Delegant Software because of his love for software and the burning need to be part of the up and coming boom in mobile technology in Africa.
