Brandon Underwood a native of Port Arthur, Texas resided there until he left for college in the fall of 1999. He is a graduate of The University of Houston, where he earned a B.S. degree in Technology. Brandon inherited the majority of his business savvy from his father. While in school, he started two businesses of his own: a retro jersey company and a clothing line.

Bryan Underwood is a resident of Beaumont, Texas. He is a graduate of Lamar University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Bryan also became an independent business owner through Quixtar, which gave him the opportunity to see how the Internet can take ones business beyond the normal boundaries of traditional standards. Bryan worked closely with his father thus gaining valuable experience in business management.

Bryan Gaines a native of Port Arthur, TX. He graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Gaines also had the opportunity of starting a business called Bapster, an Internet-based entity which allowed users to buy and sell used textbooks. His father consistently instilled in him the core values and skills necessary to become a successful entrepreneur.

Harold Underwood attended Prairie View A&M University, receiving a
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. From 1986-2006, he owned and operated five Subway franchises in Beaumont, Port Arthur, and Groves, Texas. Harold Underwood became an independent business owner in Quixtar, a system that teaches people how to utilize the internet to establish their own home based business.

Mrs. Janice Underwood holds a Masters degree in Education in addition to a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. Starting her career as a teacher, she served as a principal, and retired as director of special education for the Port Arthur Independent School District. Her passion for kids has been the leading cause for her continued support of the educational system in Port Arthur. She currently works as a tutor to underserved youth.
