Chuck is a former Fortune 500 President and Chief Executive Officer with an outstanding record of building businesses, and growing companies internally and through acquisition. He successfully took Marriott Management Services and Sodexho North America public. Chuck holds a BS in Math from the U.S. Naval Academy and a MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Will is co-founder of Rofori Corporation. Will founded NetBase, which developed the case tracking system for Labor Department, tracking 3M+ events. NetBase developed the Farm Service Agency budget system for the $30B Commodity Credit Corporation. Will holds a BS in Biology from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a MBA from the University of Missouri. He was Wing Post Commander of the Missile Wing at Whiteman AFB, Missouri.

Elvis Barrera is a co-founder of Rofori Corporation and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. As VP of NetBase Software Development, Elvis was responsible for systems design, database design, code implementation, programming standards, systems beta testing, delivery and maintenance. Elvis holds a BS in Computer Science from Marymount University and a MS in Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology.
