Company Summary

We produce organic, wild fermented cider. We use Danish surplus apples of the highest quality - those that can't be sold to retail due to lack of uniformity.

This year we produced 3000 L cider blended into 3 cuvées: Decideret SPRÆLSK (fresh and dry), LYSTIG (fruity and semi-dry) and FADBELAGTIG (dry, round and stored on bourbon casks).

Next year, the ambition is to fill 30,000 33 cl bottles, 90 key kegs and 800 premium bottles (75 cl).
