I am a single mom with experience in managing assets up to 88 million. I am retired and living out my single dream. To create a restaurant that is unique and "outside the box". In the past 12 months we have opened our restaurant, added a wine and beer bar and increased our catering by 32% and are currently adding two new locations. We are in a small town that caters to tourism but have a faithful local following as well.
