David Horgan Movie Program is a movie-making program for youth with an emphasis on teaching inner-city youth. The program brings real Hollywood celebrities and professionals to classes that are taught by Will Smith music video producer David Horgan.

The programs efficacy and success has been proven in school systems in Massachusetts.

Each of the programs generate between $3000-4000 each month and can be taught by student teachers.
