Company Summary

In the U.S., fall injuries among older adults are a public health crisis exceeding $50B/yr in medical costs. Davenport SAF-T Systems is building a wearable that detects a fall in progress and deploys a system of airbags in a fraction of a second. The SAF-T VEST, (U.S. Patent No. 10,897,938 B2), protects fracture-prone areas of the body from the hips to the head. Older adults can walk with confidence and remain independent with the SAF-T VEST.
