Dash Training Facility is a professional athletic training facility offering the complete mental, physical, and recovery package for athletes to reach their peak performance. By providing sensory deprivation tanks, cryotherapy, neurofeedback, chiropractic and athletic trainers we set ourselves above the rest. We've brought science, modern technology and psychology under one roof to create a one of a kind experience.

  • Evan has worked the industry for 8 years at various facilities and independently. He also spent a year working for Yelp Inc as an Account Executive. With Yelp's extensive training, he received strong insight into small businesses and social media advertising.  He left Yelp to go back into the fitness industry with the intention of eventually opening up his own facility.

  • Ethan Allen
    COO

    Ethan was an All-American tight end in college at San Jose State. He completed two degrees in Sociology and Film. After college, he signed with the New Orleans Saints. After his football career, Ethan began a career for Best Buy as a General Manager. He helped open ten different locations for the company. He was then recruited by Tesco where he opened up seventeen of their locations in Northern California in two years.

    John Ledahl has 30 years management experience in Health Care, Education and the private sector. John has an MBA in Management and a BA in Health Science. He was also a part of executive teams for Silicon Valley wireless start-ups. His key accomplishments include being publicly elected to 3 terms on the Dublin School Board and managing a 2 year, $20M, 50 person cross discipline, multifunctional team for AT&T – on time and under budget.

  • Heather Isensee
    Director of Human Health

    Heather Inesee received her doctorate and honors in clinical studies from Life West College of Chiropractic. Her undergraduate years were spent at Hawaii Pacific University where she was pre-med and received B.A. in Biological Studies and Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology and focus in Behavioral Studies. She currently runs a corporate health company that integrates technology and onsite health programs.

  • Victor James
    Director of Human Performance

    Victor James CSCS, is a former D-1 football player (University of New Mexico) and professional football player (Seattle Seahawks, San Jose Sabercats, Winnipeg Blue Bombers). He is a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and brings a high level of knowledge and skills to get athletes from all disciplines the tools they need to excel in their sport.
