DARRT Medical has developed disposable needle guidance devices to eliminate significant radiation exposure for medical staff during surgical procedures. This is a $1 billion + market opportunity for our class 1 and class 2 devices, the first of which we intend to bring to market 1Q2020, followed by a straight-forward 510k regulatory pathway. We already have a funded distribution agreement with Olympus. We are raising a $2 million convertible.
