Dark Phantom Studios LLC (DPS) is owned by Steven Barrion and consist of 5 people (ATM) that combined experience in designing and developing for gaming, educational, and entertainment markets. Our unique focus of creating games that are action pack, immersive, and innovative gives us an advantage over our competitors by giving customers a new immersing and exciting outlet to enjoy mobile games. The game industry is constantly evolving. Technology, design methodologies and development techniques shift yearly. We strive to be a company that can rapidly adapt to the ever-changing market situations and niches on which we can capitalize.

We will fund development of our own games by providing consulting services to create similar games for corporations who are looking to create mobile games for promotional purposes. These consulting assignments will come from advertising sponsorship relationships that we will establish with companies who are interested in embedding their brand and offers inside our other games and would also like something more custom that they can offer as their own game. In the first 2 years of the business, we expect consulting to constitute a portion of our revenue stream.

We do this by providing them with timely interactive/action pack games that they can access on their mobile devices that are easy to play as well as challenging to players’ mind and reflexes. Become a Structure medium size Limited Liability w/ prospects of becoming a public 10-13 person development studio that has reached 1 million users.

“The Running Dead,” Third Person Shooter/ infinite runner is our initial proof of concept for a mobile game. T.R.D builds on the formula that many successful infinite runner games have used for monetization and Virality. We are going to use the freemium business model for, “The Running Dead,” by gaining potential buyers with the free version of the game and gain revenue from sells we make from a premium version of the game or having the buyer exchange real currency for virtual currency to use in our virtual store. Using the freemium business model is the most lucrative for our current game design and would work best for our target demographic.

Our marketing challenge is to attract visibility quickly and we intend to accomplish this by leveraging a multi-pronged approach that involves social media, email marketing and search engine optimization strategies to gain market share. As we gain traction in the market place, word of mouth will lift our game downloads significantly.

Objectives:
1. Accumulate $195,000 for company start up funds for the first year.
2. Generate over $ 500,000 in sales by the end of the year 1.
3. Increase sales by $100% by the end of year 2
4. Reach 1,000,000 daily active users by the end of year 2
5. Land 4 corporate game development projects within 12 months
