Dara is building green pesticide products, with garden/structural as the beach head market. Through testing, we have extensive data showing we are as or more effective than a synthetic pesticide alternative.

We have worked closely with an IP firm on our patent strategy. Dara's active ingredients and formulas qualify for multiple utility patents, to be filed 2 months after our raise. Use of proceeds will help us launch with customers.
