I am CEO and Founder of a new enterprise that has not been undertaken before like this. Working with High School age and others to pre-train them the concepts in the field of their interest by working with the management team of the companies across town in many different business aspects so it would cut down on the actual time that company would spend training them and the ones i would train would have a better grasp of the workplace . Be able to hit the ground running being better informed because i would put them thru different "what if" scenario's and be able to play it out before the show goes on so to speak before they actually start work for the employer and also have a much greater chance of getting hired. Bottom line will create a better prepared person for the job. Also being fresh out of school is intimidating at best and this would help to eliminate or reduce that fear greatly.
