Dan Marsh has been in all aspects of the tire business for over 39 years. From owning a small tire shop and installing tires himself to running a tire disposal service to exporting large containers of tires out of the US, he garnered the experience needed to create the e-commerce company that today is Dan the Tire Man, LLC.

Katie Marsh, a former congressional court reporter, author, and two-time Ironman New Zealand triathlete, is the co-owner and marketing director of Dan the Tire Man. She oversees the day-to-day operations, marketing and strategies of the company.

Rick Winfrey is the company’s sales manager. He is a 40+ year veteran in the
automotive tire, wheel, and aftermarket industry. Specializing but not limited to tires and aftermarket wheel sales and distribution.

Tabitha Marsh is the company’s videographer and PowerPoint presentation creator. She also creates graphics for the company’s social media advertising as needed.

Hugo Pires is the company’s web developer with an expertise in the Magento platform. He is headquartered in Portugal. He received his degree in Systems and Informatics Engineering and a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Minho, Portugal. Hugo has 10+ years of teaching experience at the University and has been a Freelance Full-Stack Web Developer for over 10 years.

Josh Funkhouser, JD, of Davidson & Funkhouser, PLLC, is the company’s Scottsdale-based attorney who is working on the Terms of Service for the subscription-based model. He handles all legal matters of the company on an as-needed basis. Davidson & Funkhouser are business transaction and litigation attorneys, licensed to practice law in Arizona, Texas and Ohio.

David McAvoy, CPA, of North Scottsdale CPA is our tax manager. He also prepared the financials for this proposal. David has been in the public accounting industry for 7+ years. He is a CPA with a passion to help small businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals. His specialty is business tax and financial planning, with experience in closely held business and high net worth planning, tax preparation, and business accounting.
