TBT has developed unique manufacturing processes for the domestic production of piezoelectric and dielectric materials. TBT is moving from smaller volume to high volume production of these materials for defense and industrial customers. TBT has developed a cleaner, higher yield, faster production methodology for these materials. None of our raw materials are sourced from China, are all sourced from domestic or allied sources.

    Founded TBT GROUP Inc. in 2007 and guided the Company from an idea to the building of a factory and is looking forward to developing TBT into the leading piezoelectric manufacturing company in the USA. He has been involved with the manufacturing of technical products for over 35 years. Mr. DeClement led the turnaround of Polybac Corp., a leading manufacturer of biological products used in the wastewater treatment industry.

    Mr. Medina has been with TBT for over 7 years and during this time has worked to develop the scale up procedure and equipment so the Company can manufacture large volumes of materials. He served as President, Sales Director, and Factory Manager with Channel Industries prior to joining TBT Group. Mr. Medina has 30 years of experience in leadership positions in the semi-conductor industry.

  • Christian Lee Martorano
    Senior Ceramic Materials & Process Engineer

    Mr. Martorano has nearly 20 years of industry experience specializing in advanced high-temperature materials & process development. Specifically, he has spent 18 years in electronics and energy materials development, such as dielectrics, piezoelectrics, fuels cells, and lithium ion batteries. He holds a Bachelors degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Drexel University.

  • Senior Research Scientist

    Dr. Shin holds extensive experience both in academia and industry, leading R&D activities on emerging nano devices and distributed sensor systems. After completing his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from KAIST in 2007, he has worked at Phychips Inc. as the Senior Research Engineer, developing 5.8GHz range DSRC chipset which was successfully deployed in commercial highway toll collecting systems.
