A 17 year veteran of Tetra Pak, he has over 60 patents granted worldwide that have delivered an estimated $4 billion in revenues. Dr. Sizer made further contributions to food processing technology during his tenure at the National Center for Food Safety and Technology. He is a process authority and credentialed Grade A dairy inspector.
