Previously, he was President & Chairman of the Carrier Commercial Refrigeration Group and CEO of Specialty Equipment (NYSE: SEC) which was acquired by Untied Technologies (12/2000, NYSE:UTX). Jeff served as President and Board Member of the North American Food Equipment Manufacturer’s (NAFEM) Association.

Wayne has 40 years of experience in the Foodservice equipment market. Previously, he was Global SVP at Frymaster, a market leader in open vat fryers. Wayne managed the global roll-out of the “Built-In Filtration Technology” for McDonald's from 1991-1996. He was also Chief Global Officer Sales/Marketing for Specialty Equipment Corp (NYSE: SEC) and was an executive at Welbilt and ITW/Hobart. Wayne has served a Director of NAFEM for over 10 years.
