Urie is a versatile and experienced Transport Planner and Traffic Engineer with a solid civil engineering background . He has developed and led a number of teams in the past and has managed his own consultancy for over 5 years. His current doctoral research focuses on driver behaviour at traffic signals and is the recipient of 3 SPARK awards in 2011 and 2012. His team completed the ICEHOUSE hatchery.

Supriya recently completed her Masters in Organisational Psychology. She is the pivotal person that has assembled a winning team for two SPARK challenges and is the operations manager for Da Vinci Research.

Sarad is a doctoral student in computer sciences and is the technical development manager for both SAFEye and OPERA products. Sarad has the right contacts in India to facilitate electronic manufacturing and software development using high quality and low cost resources.

Shaun is a commerce and property graduate and specializes in start-ups and high growth companies. He works closely with venture capitalists and the ICEHOUSE. Shaun is responsible for the financial reporting and business modelling for Da Vinci Research.

Caron holds a Masters in Engineering and is a transport planner with 15 years professional experience in safety engineering and transport planning. She has recently accepted a role as NZ Transport Agency's Wellington region's Principal Safety Engineer
