Starting as a line cook at a local burger restaurant, he worked his way up into Regional Management positions of National Restuarant companies. Area's of resonsibilities include 30 million in sales and 450 employees. Mike understands what it takes to make a profit while maintaining a quality, consistent product.

Deborah’s experience prior to D K Organics lies in five years of commercial catering, food quality control and eight years in retail sales. It is Deborah's recipe, modified by her to make it nutricious and healthy, that was the starting point for this business.

Marcena has been a CPA for 28 years and has managed multiples companies with revenue in excess of $25 million. Her expertise is not only in financial management but operational management as well. Her role is to monitor the financial transactions, assuring proper presentation, and advise on day-to-day business issues as needed.

Chuck has 20 years experince in Sales and Marketing, Brand Management,Broker relations and Market Reseach.He Developed his own company to a national level from 2005 till 2011.
