D-Build is an online and mobile platform for the exchange and tracking of reclaimed and reused materials and products, where items are sold through a peer to peer marketplace, and dynamic narratives are built through the connections between materials, products, people, businesses, buildings, and communities. Facilitating the reuse industry promotes the deconstruction of vacant, blight buildings, while creating jobs and rebuilding communities.

  • Grant Meacham
    CoFounder

    Grant Meacham has worked with Rob Englert at ram industrial design over the last five years, where he has focused on design, trend forecasting, future technologies, and technical consultation. Grant received his BID from Syracuse University with a double major in Industrial and Interaction Design, and Mechanical Engineering, and has recently returned as an adjunct professor in the Industrial and Interaction Design Department.

  • Robert Englert
    CoFounder

    Robert Englert is an award winning industrial designer who has worked for clients such as Alcoa, Bose, Energizer, Motorola, and Honeywell. Rob founded ram industrial design in 2005 as a vehicle to create products that make a difference in people’s lives. Rob has designed everything from aircraft seating to mobile computers, holds over 40 patents, and taught at Syracuse University for ten years. Rob holds a MFA in Industrial Design from RIT.
