Dr. Swart has over 20 years of experience in the biomedical research industry with a focus on business development and operations management. At Cytotheryx, Dr. Swart will manage the formation and business operations.

Joseph B. Lillegard, MD, Ph.D. is a co-inventor on the patent and serves as a pediatric surgeon at Children's Minnesota and the Director of Research at the Midwest Fetal Care Center. His laboratory at Mayo Clinic conducts basic research related to cell and gene correction therapies in hepatocytes. Dr. Lillegard will serve as the chief scientific officer at Cytotheryx

Robert A. Kaiser, Ph.D., D.A.B.T will serve as Chief Operations Officer for Cytotheryx, overseeing the daily activities including research and development, and production. Dr. Kaiser has over 11 years of GLP research experience directing IND-enabling studies for experimental therapeutics

Ron Fedders is the CFO for Exemplar Genetics and brings over 20 years of experience to financial planning within the biotechnology industry.
