Dr. Shebuski holds a PhD in Pharmacology (U of MN) and was hired as President of Cylerus in 2010, bringing extensive research and administrative experience in biotechnology development, including large pharmaceutical firms (Upjohn, SKF, Merck). He has overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of The Company. He will also manage relationships with consultants and contractors in the development of this novel DEC graft.

Dr. Hanson is formerly Professor and Chairman of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Oregon Health & Science University, Portland, Oregon. Dr. Hanson is inventor or co-inventor of 18 patents and has published over 200 scientific papers in areas of hemostasis, thrombosis and vascular biology.. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, a M.S. degree from Stanford, and a Ph.D. from the University of Washington.

Mr. Delehanty received an MBA from Western Michigan University. He worked in various discovery research and financial positions at the Upjohn Company and later Pharmacia before co-founding a Contract Research Company, PharmOptima LLC in 2003. Patrick served as that company's CFO for 13 years before assuming his position at Cylerus, Inc.
