Company Summary
Cyclops is a Bangalore, India based medtech company working on clinical and wearable diagnostic solutions using eye tracking technology. Our first product BalanceEye is a clinical diagnostic device for diagnosing vertigo, balance disorders and stroke with acute vertiginous symptoms. Launched in March 2017, we have completed 25 paid installations with another 15 in the pipeline. Our target for 2017-18 is 125 installations.

Dr. Srinivas DorasalaCo-founderDr. Srinivas is a ENT Surgeon specializing in diagnosing and treating patients suffering from episodic neurological events. Prior to Cyclops he was heading the department of ENT at Global Hospitals, Bangalore. He is a KOL & frequently delivers lectures & conducts workshops on vertigo diagnosis & management. He has published papers and speaks in conferences across the country. At Cyclops, he takes care of product innovation and development.

C0-founder and MentorDr. Nayar is a ENT and Head Nect Surgeon and a senior academician. He is the dean of academics at a leading cancer care chain of hospitals. Earlier, he was heading the department of ENT at St. John’s Medical College and Research Centre. He has published many papers and delivers talks in national conferences. He is a medtech innovator and conducts medtech innovation programs for engineers. He is the Chief Scientific Officer at Cyclops.

Shekar TippurCTO• Shekar is a engineer, based out of San Diego in the USA. He specialises in big data, cloud computing and machine learning. At Cyclops, he specifically focuses on creating and managing the cloud infrastructure as well as building a robust machine learning module for interpretation and reporting. Shekar has published many papers and holds a US patent on “stateless-agentless system and method of managing data in a computing environment”.

Ajith RaoSoftware ArchitectAjith is a engineer specializing in computer vision and image processing. He has been instrumental in designing and building the core software modules as well as the image processing engine. Prior to joining Cyclops he was working with Forus Healthcare and has done extensive work on eye based image processing.
