Neil Sinclair took over leadership of the firm when the firm’s founder passed away. His background as an entrepreneur in electric vehicles and experience working with the founder provides a strong basis for the firm's continuity.

Dexter Vizinau joined the firm two years ago as Executive VP. He has recently been promoted to President. His background in marketing, sales, and politics makes him particularly suited to the role of developing our first sale to the City of Richmond, building the backlog of sales to other Bay Area communities, and engaging the government at all levels in the project.

Harry BurtChief Operating Officer
Harry Burt joined CyberTran shortly after Gene. His 40 year career in Rail Transportation engineering culminated in 13 years with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was responsible for managing numerous projects for clients, and for $1.5 billion in negotiated procurements. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Burt is responsible for business planning and financial forecasting.
