We are a start-up IT security and data centre firm, with a server room in downtown Toronto. we offer a variety of services, such as: penetration testing, IT Security auditing, network security hardening, web development and hosting, data centre services, data recovery, and PC client, server and networking repair. We’re a small business, but run by a team with extensive IT security and data centre experience.

  • Sean Rooney
    Co-founder, Head of IT Security and Operations

    A practitioner of technology threat risk management with 25 years experience in a wide variety of environments.
    Previous clients included: Alcatel, Sears Canada, PGP Corporation, Counterpane Internet Security and the Canadian Department of National Defense. Also contributed to the curriculum of CISSP and the CompTIA Security+. In addition, he contributed to Canadian Internet security legislation, and owns three patents for specialized firewalls.

  • Kimberly Faye Crawley
    Co-founder, Head of Development and Marketing

    I’ve worked with web development since 1995. (Mosaic was my very first web browser!) I’m largely self-taught in IT support and web server administration, but CompTIA A+ Certified. I’ve worked predominantly in consumer tier 2 tech support, serving consumer end users via remote services.
    I’m an IT Security expert contributor to the InfoSec Institute‘s Resources website. I write articles on a wide range of topics within the realm of IT Security.

  • Mike Kaulbach
    Network Administrator and Database Guru

    Mike’s worked in network administration since the 1980s!

    He’s been active in the Ubuntu/Debian development community for years.

    In addition to doing the everyday tasks in keeping the server room running, he administers Ubuntu and Linux related IRC channels as genii on irc.freenode.net

  • David Grey
    Business Analyst

    David has been a technical project manager in the public and private sectors for decades. He orchestrates Cyberia Labs’ operations in Ottawa.
    He was a keynote speaker at ISACA’s 1999 annual meeting.
    He’s also ITIL Foundation Level certified.

  • Sandy Harris
    Cryptographer

    Sandy has worked in cryptography for decades.

    Also a network security specialist, he helped write the IPsec security protocols for Linux, and helped port PGP encryption for open source as GPG.
