Fred is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (’87) with a BS in Aerospace Engineering and holds a MBA from the University of Hartford in Paris, France.

Mallory Walters has over 25 years of experience in financial reporting and audits. Mallory was employed with KPMG for 7 years, Hannover Re 10 years, and GLL 3 years. She was responsible for the analysis and consolidation of financial information, and financial reporting for multiple real estate funds on different accounting bases. Mallory is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and earned a BS in Accounting from UCF.

Regina Vehrs brings more than 16 years in diverse financial, audit, and business consulting experience for KPMG LLP, Hannover Life Re, Hannover Re Real Estate and GLL Real Estate Partners. Her experience includes providing comprehensive financial & compliance audit services for insurance, reinsurance, health care and commercial real estate companies, both private and publicly traded. She earned her BS in Accounting from FSU.
