Steven is the CEO & cofounder of CXOWARE. Steven is the founder & former CEO of IT-Lifeline (www.itlifeline.net). Prior to IT-Lifeline Steven had 20+ years managerial and technical experience within the government finance sectors. Steven is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Education includes U.S. Air Force Technical College, an array of IBM technical certifications, and holds a BA Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.

Jack is the inventor of FAIR, the underlying IP substantiating our software. Jack has over seven years of experience as a CISO at Nationwide Insurance, a Fortune 100 financial services company. Additional experience includes government intelligence at the CIA, and owner of an independent Information Security Risk Consulting firm. Jack was recently named the 2012 CSO Compass Award for thought leadership in risk management.

Scott has a tenured background in both F100 and successful start-ups. At Schakra, Scott was responsible for all aspects of Operations, IT, HR, Finance & Administration. At Hubspan, another successful startup, Scott was the VP of IT, Operations and Support. At Microsoft Scott was the Senior Production Manager and Senior Testing Manager supporting Redmond and East Asia testing/production operations for the Microsoft Business Partner Network.

Chad was the Senior Risk Consultant, Enterprise Risk Services for Deloitte & Touché and has extensive experience in product demonstrations, establishing and managing project engagements, and providing a wide variety of risk management consulting services. Chad has more than 9 years directly focused on Risk Management and has earned multiple advanced certifications (CISSP, CISA, FAIR).

At Cisco Mike consulted with business partner executive management on the development of security practice, marketing and sales strategy and how to operate a profitable Cisco security business. Mike provided sales training and coaching to partner field sales teams and developed quarterly go-to-market plans. Mike is the owner and host for the social network site Business of Security and The Federal InfoSec Forum.
