    He further brings a wealth of experience of setting up and operating restaurants from Sri Lanka & Croatia

    Prior his entrepreneurship, he spent 10 years in the corporate sector with an award-winning sales career.

    Giacomo Trenz has over ten years (on-going) of managing experience of the Bosso Restaurant in the old town of Luxembourg City.

    Co-founder of two privately held companies based in Luxembourg, DrinknJoy S.à r.l., manufacturing of FMCG with a production site in Croatia and owning six industrial design patents in 70+ countries, and Arca Properties S.à r.l.-s, managing a real estate portfolio with 300+ executed rentals in 2019.

    Brian the Co-Founder of ˝Sri Lankan Curry Bowl˝ and ˝Whole Wide World Hostel & Bar˝ in Zagreb are ranked among the top in its class. His involvement has moved from inception and operations to further expansion of the brands in Zagreb and other European cities.

    His 14 years of experience in the multi-cultural corporate sector in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe has helped identify and execute opportunities in his current role.

  • General Manager – Curry Bowl Croatia

    Spending his last 6 years of work experience in the Croatian restaurant industry, Mario’s career has seen him successfully manage multiple restaurants including navigating the Curry Bowl Croatian operation through the 2020 crisis. He is single-handedly responsible for the entire ongoing operation in Croatia.
