Steve is a graduate of Southern CT State University with a double Major in Economics and Marketing with a minor in Communication. Steve was responsible for the creation and sustaining the Company’s representative firms and distribution channels. Steve works closely with the companies accounting firm, as well as reviewing the financials. Steve is an associate member of NEMRA, BOMA and NEC and was a past board member of Affiliated Distributors.

Troy was a co-founder of Green Duck Energy Solutions; as their designer, he created the 2009 PGA Product of the Year (a solar golf cart top charger). His off -grid solar solution for RV's featured in Sand Sport magazine. Troy has managed major electrical projects, and has managed a staff up to 649 employees. Troy is a third generation electrical contractor.

Don's focus is in managing the manufacturing of the company’s hardware, software, and gateway communication system of the products. Don is the creator of the software for the meter reading and billing products, and the conceptual developer of the company’s new products. Don is responsible for the writing of all product procedures and technical documentation for certifications of UL, CUL, IEC, ISO and others.

Ryan began his career in Energy Services in 1995 as a State Certified Energy Auditor, quickly developing a network of energy professionals to eventually co-found Green Power Development. As a partner, Ryan co-developed multi-million dollar solar “green fields” with values ranging beyond $50m. Ryan also works with his company, Kryhstal Consulting Group to develop and obtain project financing for multi-million dollar apartment re-metering projects

After three decades in the banking industry, handling everything from loans to operations, serving as Chairman of the local branch, and as Executive Vice President of a bank group, Larry knows and thoroughly understands the banking industry. Larry left banking and moved into the alternate energy industry. With the creation of a line of back-up power products, he became a leader in the energy storage field.
