Michael is a creative professional with over 20 years experience in marketing, brand and product development. Michael's lead on innovative projects in consumer software, telecommunications, and restricted products brought new products, brands and experiences to market. Michael holds an Executive MBA from University of Washington Foster School of Business.

Since 2005, Valerie has served as Contract CFO for small and mid-sized businesses in a number of industries, including food products. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Economics from the University of Oregon, and became a Washington CPA in 1992. After starting her career in public accounting, Valerie joined PACCAR Inc where she spent 13 years in financial management, process improvement, marketing and business development.
