Curiator is a community where art enthusiasts and professionals come together to build their digital art collections with the art they love. You can follow each other, as well as artists, galleries and museums. It's a way to keep track of the things you like, as much as it is a way to discover new art. All content is contributed by users and all collections combined add up to what may as well become the biggest catalog of art ever built.

    Founder

    Moenen built is career working on the verge of design, technology, strategy and branding.
    He left his home town Brussels in 2007 to lead the design efforts at the New York office of Duval Guillaume, the famous Belgian advertising agency. From there he specialized in interactive design/branding, ending up as the creative lead for the Google account at AKQA. He left that job in 2012 to found Curiator with his friend Tobias Boonstoppel.

  • Tobias Boonstoppel
    Founder

    Tobias joined Google as a software engineer in 2006. He started in the Maps team in Zurich and moved to NY in '07. He created, among others, a hybrid template engine that is now used to render google.com, and filed 8 patents on client data-rendering. After 5 years on Maps he moved to Google Research where he worked on a structured data search engine at the core of Google's efforts to build the semantic web. He's full-time on Curiator since 2012.
