    As CEO of Cupcake & Co., Zi-Heng 'Daniel' Zhu brings more than 5 years of work experience in the Chinese marketplace and 12+ years of luxury retail and marketing experience. His fluency in Mandarin and in depth understanding of Chinese cultural and business practices allow him to build and maintain broad networks to support Cupcake & Co.'s continued success. Daniel has an MBA from the University of MD and is a barred attorney in MD.

  • Benjamin Christopher Cuttitta
    CFO

    Ben will be the principal financial director of Cupcake & Co. He has 5 years of budgetary and financial management experience working with small businesses, non-profits, and the federal government. Ben is a partner at Midnight Confections, a gourmet cupcake franchise, where he was critical in developing their financial strategy. Ben also served as an equity analyst for the Smith School of Business's Lemma Senbet Investment Fund.

    James, COO, is a 13+ year professional of the luxury retail industry specializing in expansion strategy, merchandising, and HR. Through management positions with retailers such as Performance Inc, Hudson Trail Outfitters, and MOM's Organic Market, James has excelled at managing relationships with suppliers of high-end apparel and food products. James has a record of returning struggling stores to profitability and leading successful expansions.
