Prior to co-founding the company, Martin owned and operated a private sector booting company servicing large parking operators including Ampco Parking Systems, Standard Parking and Merit Parking. Martin’s companies have booted over 15,000 vehicles in the public and private sector in the last 4 years. Martin was a founding commissioner on the City of Houston Public Parking Commission where he chaired several committees including that for booting.

During his career, Mr. Patterson has realized over $150 Million in trial verdicts, judgments, and settlements for his clients. He founded Capital Recovery Group which collected millions in debt for 9 of the largest US real estate holding companies. Mr. Patterson has been a member of the local chapter of YEO since '96, and has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Law Center and as a Lecturer at Baylor College’s MBA Program.

Mr. Stoner has over 20 years of entrepreneurial startup experience with a focus on technology. For the past 4 years, Stoner developed systems, technologies, and business process automation for parking enforcement companies. Stoner founded one of Texas' first ISPs in 1995 which was merged with a Denver company in 1999 preceding a $250MM IPO. He has 25+ years experience with networking, hardware and software development.
