David Bird is a very experienced lawyer, Business Development Consultant and Company Director. He has consulted throughout Australia and internationally for top tier clients as well as government, managing his own businesses since 1980. David holds the following qualifications: Law (LL.M), Dip.SM, Dip.C.D. and Business Communications (Grad.Cert. Bus.Comms). David presently sits on the Board of three well renowned companies.

Edd Stanley is a Certified Public Accountant who has over 40 years of experience as an accountant. He was one of the pioneers of many large, structural building sites and bridges in Fiji as a director and company secretary of two Fiji based companies during the 1970’s. Edd is very experienced with management of hospitality-based venues in Melbourne and is also one of the owners of a ski resort in the snowfields of Australia.
