Ashley is recent graduate of the University of Maryland with a BS in Public Health with a focus in women's health. Ashley has 5 years business experience working as an independent business consultant for local startups. Her experience includes business planning and development, strategic marketing, and community outreach. Most rewardingly, Ashley has helped entrepreneurs turn creative ideas into profitable businesses.

Maya is a licensed cosmotologist, specializing in make-up artistry, she adds industry knowledge to the Crown team. Maya currently works at one of New York City’s top hair salons, Loft 26, alongside celebrity stylist Stacey Weinstein. Outside of managing day-to-day operations of the busy salon, Maya has worked major fashion events such as Mercedes Benz Fashion Week as a sought after make-up artist.
