Arthur has over 15 years of experience in Telecom working for top3 largest Telecommunications provider Astelit-Life in Ukraine. Arthur participated in 2 successful start-ups of national scale in his career: GTech (US operator of Ukrainian national lottery) and Life (Ukrainian mobile operator).

Alexei Ovcharenko has over 25 years of experience in international trade, including 12 years at Sony Corporation as a Head of Services of CIS countries region

Andrei Drobot joined CrossWorld Warranty team in September 2013 to work on strategy and fundraising. Prior to joining CWW Andrei spent several years in strategy consulting and investment banking, including 3 years at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Andrei worked on many notable projects of M&A, strategy and restructuring, for example, he was part of the team in Sell Side of the largest juice producer in Ukraine to Pepsi, many strategy project

Andrei joined CWW as an investor in summer 2013. He will assume a role of Vice-President responsible for business development with manufacturers. Andrei has over 20 years of international experience. He is a former Head of Strategy of 10 bln cap company in Europe. Andrei is a graduate of HBS and former Project Manager at McKinsey.
