Rolf began his career as assistant area manager for Bayer (Switzerland) AG, with the focus on product management and market research. In 1989 he continued working as a freelance production manager, concept developer and screenwriter of commissioned corporate films. In 1995 he founded Gepard Film Production Ltd. and since 2005 he is the owner of Crossmotion AG, where he acts as General Manager, Executive Producer and Director of the Board.

After completing her Master’s degree Sacha spent five years working for UBS, first for group-wide Talent Management, later in the area of Leadership Training & Development. From 2009 onward she was involved in the conception and implementation of cultural projects. During this time she developed Crossmotion’s first eLearning programs for Zurich Airport. Since 2011 Sacha is employed at Crossmotion as Head of Concept and Director for eLearning.

Following his Bachelor degree Piero worked as sales representative for the computer firm NCR. Subsequently he took over as company director of medium-large software company. Between 1991 and 1994 he was employed as tax inspector for the Kanton Zurich. Since he has been working as self-employed accountant and tax advisor and as of 2013 he has been performing these functions for Crossmotion. He is Member of the Board of Crossmotion AG.

The focus of Roland lies in media management and business development. On behalf of agencies and publishing companies he developed and implemented new digital business cases and joint ventures. As executive producer, key account manager and head multichanneling he produced, marketed and implemented on behalf of Ringier AG integrated communication strategies, crossmedia and digital campaigning in the Swiss media and advertising market.
