Justin is a chartered accountant . Justin was the former CFO of NZX and management consultant with McKinsey & Co. Justin brings a wealth of financial and strategic expertise to CricHQ.

Jarred graduated from Victoria University with a degree in Accounting and Commercial Law. Jarred bwas a founding employee at CricHQ who has been involved in every aspect of the development of the company since its formation.

Neil brings 15 years commercial experience within IT and mobile telecommunications across multiple
continents. Since 2007 Neil has managed sales teams focused on winning multi-million dollar
government contracts and has a strong background in data and cloud technologies. Neil also has a strong understanding of cricket as he has represented England at U19 level.

Jamie is a kiwi who has recently moved to New York leaving his role at Auckland Cricket where he was the cricket development manager for five years. In addition to his cricket administration experience Jamie has
a business degree from Auckland University.

Rob is a former firrst class cricketer who has been working in the cricket industry in the UK for the last
three years in relationship management and player management. Rob has been involved with several
cricketing innovations and brings to CricHQ an excellent network and an excellent knowledge of cricket.

Will recently emigrated to Australia after working for the England and Wales Cricket Board’s commercial
department for more than !ve years. At ECB, he was responsible for corporate account management
of the ECB’s grassroots & recreational cricket initiatives, liaising between the commercial, marketing
& communications and cricket partnerships departments and interacting with a wide range of key
