Chris Bowler is a fluent Italian speaker and has lived in Italy for five years. He was educated at Stanford University and his former positions include founder and president of web development company Red Rock Internet Technologies, Regional Director of the Utah International Business Development Office and Official Liaison for the U.S. Olympic Committee in Torino, Italy.

Jared Lynch is a CPA with an accounting degree from Brigham Young University. He was formerly Director of Financial Operations for Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCHX), where he played a central role in the company’s IPO and multiple acquisitions.

Cristiano Creminelli comes from generations of Italian specialty meat producers. He began learning the craft in his early teenage years directly from his father. In Italy, he received the coveted Artisan of Excellence Award where he was also an instructor and judge in cured meats. Mr. Creminelli is also a jovial person who serves as an ideal representative of his craft and ambassador of the company.

Before working for Creminelli, Scott previously held positions as regional sales director for Chef’s Warehouse/Dairyland (NasdaqGM: CHEF), the largest specialty foodservice distributor in the U.S. and as a regional manager setting up new Cosi (NasdaqGM: COSI) restaurant locations.
