Francisco Perales Garza (Pancho) has 17 years of microfinance and consumer banking experience in the US and Mexico. Pancho is currently the president of the board of ProDesarrollo (largest microfinance association in Mexico and Latin America) and is a member of the board of Asociacion Tepeyac de New York. Francisco has an MBA from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from ITESM.

Fernando Garza Garza has 6 years of microfinance experience and previous to his microfinance career he worked for 17 years in the chemical industry in Mexico and abroad. Fernando is a mentor at the Dale Carnegie program in Monterrey and an Associate Professor of the micro-business planning for social development program at ITESM. Fernando has an MBA from IPADE and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from ITESM.
