Andres was most recently the GC & COO of FlexFunds, a financial services company. Prior to FlexFunds, he was a litigator at the law firm Boies Schiller. He is a graduate of Brown University, Yale Law School, and Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

Carlos has worked as an application analyst, software developer and software engineer, most recently as a senior software engineer for an energy company that was acquired. Carlos earned a B.S. in information technology from Northeastern University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and with induction into the Alpha Sigma Lambda and Sigma Epsilon Rho Honor Societies.

Mari previously worked in various industries developing and implementing strategies by collecting, researching, and analyzing data to identify new business areas and strategic goals. She grew up in a rural environment, which made her acutely aware of society’s most pressing needs. She is a graduate of Andres Bello Catholic University in Venezuela and has an MBA from the European School of Business.

Founder of a boutique consulting firm in Canada providing advisory services for financial companies, including for the Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank, Scotiabank and IGM Financial. Also founder of Espera Ventures to invest in impact ventures and Path and Purpose, a program that focuses on youth accountability. Has a B.A. from Western University; an MBA from Queen’s University; and an M.A. in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University.

Current Head of Investment Strategy at Colfondos, a private pension fund in Colombia with over $10 billion in AUM. Was also Head of Quantitative Analysis at the fund. Previously, was Senior Market and Liquidity Risk Analyst at Porvenir, a private pension fund with over $50 billion AUM. Has a B.A. in Math from Universidad de Los Andes and an M.A.of Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley.
