I will provide detailed Business Plan once completed. I am looking for a limited partner (silent) or investment funding to open an Artisan Winery located in Middle TN area. We have 8 acres of mature grapes available and will contract local state produce. This business will geographically leverage approx 300,000 built in tourists that are interested in the Wine and Sprits business segment. I am looking for approx. $250-500K for this startup.

    Phase 1 Created startup home wine and beer supply business with my spouse Create-a-Wine located in Tullahoma, TN. Phase2 We successfully introduce new legislation signed by Gov. Haslam to open TN's first Instructional Wine Making facility in the Coker Building. Phase 3 is to open an Artisan Winery and service wine and spirit enthusiasts both living in and traveling to Tennessee. I am a seasoned 20+ year IT Professsional and plan to run as CEO.
