Stefan Martinovic is the Chief Executive Officer and a Co-Founder of CREĀT. Stefan was most recently Finance and Acquisitions Associate with City Interests LLC, a real estate development firm in Washington DC. Prior to City Interests, Stefan was an associate at Coriolis Management, a systematic long/short hedge fund. Stefan is a LEED Green Associate, a member of DCBIA, ULI, and USGBC. He holds an MBA from The College of William & Mary.

Ed Switzer is the Chief Operating Officer and a Co-Founder of CREĀT. Ed was most recently a Project Manager with Distributed Sun, a solar investment and development firm in Washington DC. Prior to Distributed Sun, Ed was a Project Manager at AECOM, an Environmental Planner at Saratoga Associates and a City Planner for the City of Key West (FL). Ed is a LEED AP BD+C and holds a BS in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University.

Trent Brubaker is the Chief Technology Officer at CREĀT. His primary focus is in integration and analytics of public data sources, but he also manages infrastructure and technology partnerships. Trent is an owner and partner in several other DC metro area start-ups that provide technology and CIO Advisory services. Prior to his entrepreneurship, Trent was a Global IT Leader for Pricewaterhouse Coopers and BearingPoint.
