Company Summary
The LPCA is a for-profit cooperative established by local ranchers to access the retail market. We provide producer controlled processing services for our members, who offer locally bred, born & raised meat products (beef, pork, lamb, goat) to consumers. The LPCA's main objective is to provide USDA inspected carcass processing and retail packaging services for LPCA members to fulfill consumer demand for nutritious, safe, fresh, healthy meats.

Darren Summers has experience as a skilled butcher operating his own custom shop as well as value added processing and retail sales to consumers in the grocery industry. Immediately prior to joining the CPoW LPCA management team, Darren operated a small custom operation in Odessa, and is a valued member of the local community, bringing his customers with him to the LPCA.
