As Creative Director of Chicken Pox Marketing and a branding consultant for some of the top advertising agencies in Los Angeles, Chris has over 10 years of experience in advertising, branding and marketing. Some clients include Nissan, Gatorade, Pepsi, Vitamin Water and Taco Bell. His responsibilities include creation of national ad campaigns from concept to execution. He has a degree in Business and Communications from Vanderbilt University.

Sebastian Kalicinski is the founder of The Kuddles, a children’s toy line. After 10 years in the Food & Beverage Industry, Sebastian concentrated on starting his own business. He took inspiration from his entrepreneurial vision and passion and parlayed them into conceptualizing, designing, and developing his own toy company.

Michael is president of Mercury Consulting Group LLC. Mercury advises food, dairy and beverage brands and manufacturers in packaging and supply chain development, specializing in aseptic and long shelf-life solutions. Prior to Mercury, Mike spent ten years with Tetra Pak in domestic and global account management roles.
