We will be an e-retailer reselling products (avg margin of 41%). Initially inventory and order fulfillment will be managed by UNFI, a large natl distributor. We will have access to 5 distribution centers throughout the U.S. We do not need to incur up front expense on inventory as it will be success-based.

We will drive the marketing strategy but will use two agencies for execution.

Longer term we will work directly with manufacturers.
