Company Summary

Corinth BioSciences develops qualified, cloud-mounted SAS platforms for Pharma applying advanced mathematics from the field of geometric morphometrics (GM) to access the hitherto unmeasured shape content in clinical trial images. By enhancing statistical efficiency, we can make image-based clinical trials cheaper, smaller, faster, and better. Considerable savings can result. The company is founded around the world-leading GM exponents .

Team

  • L. David Ormerod
    CEO/CMO

Dr. Ormerod has a Vanderbilt executive MBA (2005) and 7 years experience in pharmaceutical drug development as executive and consultant Medical Director. An accomplished academic career in vitreoretinal surgery and medical research, with over 100 publications, fellowship training in Retina (Detroit) and Cornea/external disease (Harvard), an immunology MS and internal medicine accreditation (UK), provide an important corporate resource.

  • Fred Leon Bookstein
    President/CSO

Dr. Bookstein is a pre-eminent biometer, statistical scientist and applied mathematician who, over 35 years, has been the principal creator of geometric morphometrics (GM). His innovations have provided the main statistical and algorithm tools for analysis of biological shape variation and shape difference. He has over 360 publications and two major GM software packages. Bookstein holds professorships at the Universities of Washington and Vienna.

  • William David Kenneth Green
    Director/CTO

Dr. Green is a mathematician trained at the Universities of Cambridge, and Princeton, who also has as an MBA ( Michigan). Since 1990, he has been a close collaborator of Dr. Bookstein, providing the systems analytics and software design for Bookstein's GM innovations. Dr. Green is the principal author of the Edgewarp 2-D and 3-D GM platforms and a main contributor to the EVAN toolkit. Green has unique GM computational experience.
