Vince is an MD and FACC. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease; and a Fellow, American College of Cardiology. He is currently an Associate Editor of The American Journal of Cardiology; a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Univ. of Texas HSC - Houston; an adjunct Research Professor for the Indiana School of Medicine; and a Sr. Research Professor in Medical Ethics at the University of Notre Dame.

Richard was an audit partner in a regional CPA firm, Condley & Company, overseeing healthcare, governmental, and banking audits. He then served as President and CFO for Mr. Gatti's Pizza, overseeing franchisee operations and all financial aspects. Richard was then CFO for a conglomerate providing aviation services to corporate flight departments. Currently, Richard is a principal with Stoneworth Financial, a Houston investment banking firm.
