We offer a variety of educational services that weave together food, nutrition, and environmental learning through a fun-loving character: Coqui the Chef. Our community-based interventions include services for children, parents, and educators. Our program design serves to involve children in engaging hands-on food related activities and facilitates the enhancement of any part of the school curriculum.
