Mr. Wilson, a certified public accountant, has a 20 year history at publicly-held, start-up and emerging technology companies. He served in a number of financial roles, including as treasurer and CFO, of Zix Corporation (NASDAQ: ZIXI) from 2001 – 2009. Prior to that, he was an executive at Amtech Corp (NASDAQ: AMTC).

Mr. Chaney is a law enforcement officer with nearly 25 years of experience, serving as a Deputy Constable in Comal County, Texas. Mr. Chaney is also the co-founder and former CEO of COPsync. Mr. Chaney previously co-founded CARad.com, which was acquired by eBay in 2003 and now operates as “eBay Motors.” He currently serves in the company’s sales department as SVP of Business Development.

Mr. Rapp is the elected Constable for the 4th Precinct in Comal County, Texas. Mr. Rapp is also the co-founder of COPsync. He also co-founded CARad.com with Mr. Chaney. He currently serves in the company’s sales department and is the company's chief liaison to the law enforcement community.
